Dr. Stefan Finkbeiner brings to Akustica over twenty years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and marketing of high volume, high quality sensors. Most recently a vice president of engineering for sensors at Robert Bosch GmbH with responsibility for automotive sensors and packaging of sensors, Dr. Finkbeiner previously held other senior positions at Bosch including Director of Corporate Research in Microsystems Technology where he was focused on future sensor products and technologies. He started his career at Bosch working in sensor engineering and sensor manufacturing for the Automotive Electronics division and moved on to become section manager for sensor technologies and then director of marketing for sensors.
Dr. Finkbeiner has a Ph.D. in solid state physics from the Max Planck Institute in Stuttgart, Germany.
