This position is responsible for implementation of reliability tests, as well as data analysis and reporting of test results. Duties and responsibilities include setting up new equipment for use in tests, operation of the test equipment on a day-to-day basis for the near term, coordinating the performance of outsourced tests, and providing hands on solutions to technical challenges. The candidate must be adaptable to a changing work structure and highly motivated to perform in a small-company environment. Any experience with reliability testing or with MEMS applications is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic for applications in MS Excel is a plus.
Qualifications
- BSEE/ME.
- The ability to work on several projects simultaneously in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
