Ryan McIntyre joined Mobius Venture Capital in 2000 as an Associate Partner and was promoted to Principal in 2001.   Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McIntyre co-founded Excite in 1993, which went public in 1996 and later became Excite@Home (Nasdaq:ATHM) following the merger of Excite and @Home in 1999.   There he held the role of Principal Engineer and was a key technological contributor to the company's search engine and content management systems, and also led the design and implementation of Excite's community and commerce platforms.

Meakem is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Meakem Becker Venture Capital, a firm that invests in and helps to build early-stage companies in the information technology, biomedical, and service industries.  Prior to entering the venture capital industry in 2004, Mr. Meakem was the founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FreeMarkets, Inc. (NASDAQ:FMKT) from the company's inception in 1995 until 2003, and as its executive Chairman until it merged with Ariba, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARBA) in 2004. A trailblazer in electronic commerce, Mr. Meakem has been named one of 40 technology pioneers by the World Economic Forum, and holds seven United States patents for electronic commerce inventions.  FreeMarkets and Mr. Meakem were profiled in a widely taught Harvard Business School case study.


Fred C. Kuznik

CDT merged with Belden in July 2004. Fred stayed as Chief Integration Officer of the new company BELDEN CDT INC and retired effective January 2005.   He remains Director of the Board of Belden CDT. Previously, Fred was the Chief Executive Officer at Cable Design Technologies in New York. Prior to CDT, he was Executive Vice President of Motorola, Inc., and President of Motorola's operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), based in Slough, U.K.   Prior, Fred was President of Motorola's Personal Communications Sector headquartered in Libertyville, Illinois, overseeing the design, manufacture and distribution of a full range of consumer wireless products for more than 130 worldwide markets.   Fred first joined Motorola in 1990. He has led the Land Mobile Products Sector (LMPS) business in EMEA, as well as the Sector's sales, manufacturing and development organizations.   In the summer of 1993, he relocated from Europe to the U.S. to assume the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Communications & Electronics Group of LMPS.
